Winds Engine - Licence for the free download

This licence covers the Winds Engine programs and files you download from
windss.online or from the Winds Engine releases on GitHub (together, "the
Software"). By installing or using the Software you accept it.

1. Free for personal use
   You may download, install and use the Software free of charge for
   personal, non-commercial purposes: to learn, to experiment, and to make
   levels, scenes, pictures and videos for yourself.

2. What you make is yours
   The levels you build, the models and pictures you bring in, and the
   screenshots and videos you capture belong to you, and you may share them
   anywhere, including on social media. A credit ("Made with Winds Engine")
   is welcome but not required.

3. What you may not do
   Without written permission from Winds7799 you may not:
   a. copy or redistribute the Software, or offer it for download anywhere
      else (link to windss.online instead);
   b. sell, rent, lend or sublicense the Software;
   c. use the Software commercially, for example to make a product you sell
      or in paid work for others;
   d. modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the Software,
      except where the law allows it regardless of this licence;
   e. remove or change this licence, the copyright notices or the credits.

4. Open-source parts
   The Software includes open-source libraries (Jolt Physics, cgltf,
   stb_image, miniaudio) and sample content (the Khronos glTF Sample Assets
   and Poly Haven skies). They keep their own licences, given in
   THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt, CREDITS.md and content\showcase\*.LICENSE.md;
   nothing in this licence limits your rights under them.

5. Source code
   This licence is for the programs only. The Winds Engine source code is
   not included and all rights to it are reserved.

6. No warranty
   The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express
   or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the
   law allows, Winds7799 is not liable for any damage or loss that comes
   from using it.

7. Ending and changes
   This licence ends automatically if you break it; you must then delete
   your copies. Each version of the Software is covered by the licence that
   comes with it; a later version may come with a new licence.
